Ed HowardEd has been working in the insurance industry for over twenty years. He has extensive experience in assisting clients find the appropriate and comprehensive coverage for their personal, farm, and business needs. Ed finds great satisfaction in working closely with clients. His goal is to help each client meet their needs so they are taken care of when a claim arises.
Ed grew up in Chester, Idaho and has lived in the Upper Valley his whole life. He and his wife have four children and eleven grandchildren. Away from the office he is often times entertaining his grandchildren or watching one of their activities. He loves living is this beautiful valley and working for so many great people. Rod Chandler
Rod became state licensed and and joined his father’s agency, begining his insurance career in December of 1975.
In July of 1977 he received his Diploma of Life Insurance Markering from the Life Underwriter Training Council. In August of 1995 he completed a series of training and exams to became a Certiified Insurance Counselor (CIC) with the National Alliance for Insurance Education & Research. To maintain that certification requires an annual in class continuing education course of 20 hours. Rod is a nationally registered and state certified EMT and has for a number of years volunteered with the Fremont County Ambulance service. He is active in his church; paticularly with Scouting and other youth programs. people. |
Ben RydalchBen began work with Fall River insurance in 2008. He is impressed with how progressive the insurance industry is. Each client has different needs and working with many great companies allows him to seek quotes and coverage from many companies and then work with the client to find what is best for them.
Ben was raised in Sugar City and Rexburg. He and his wife have three children. They love living and working in the Upper Valley and feel fortunate to be living in an area with great people, great outdoor adventures, and beautiful seasons and scenery. Craig Chandler
Craig joined the agency and became licensed in insurance in 1985. He specialized in farm and commercial coverage.
He currently serves on the Idaho Counties Risk Management Program (ICRMP) agents advisory board. Their focus is on public entity insurance. He is actively involved in his church and community. |
